Digital Worker Responsibilities & Duties:
- Update internal ePOD Community Site with the latest information on the following topics
- Supported Mobile Devices or New Launches
- Community Support & Learning Resources Information
- Notices, Announcements and Alerts advising on service disruptions or changes
- General Website updates using SharePoint 2007 & 2010
- Testing of new mobile devices to make recommendation on support for new platform
- Communicate with the Client Engineering Team and the ePOD Team on service disruptions or changes
- Communicate with the Security Team to make recommendations on support for new platforms
Service Delivery Responsibilities & Duties:
- Service Delivery works directly with the user base on issues that arise with the ePOD Program. Working with users happens in a few different methods:
- Support user community via ePOD Community Support Forum on Apple iOS Application from SAP / Sybase called iAnywhere.
- ePOD Community Support Forum: Users post issues or questions to the forum. Other users are able to respond or I am able to respond and give advice on the posted issues.
- Email / Phone / In person: Communicate directly with the users to resolve a more advanced issue that is not able to be resolved using the ePOD Community Support Forum.
